- Allen is a USPA Meet Director for the island of Oahu, helps train the kids + cousins, nieces, and nephews, and “works a day job too”
- Stacie is owner/operator of StacieMahoe.com and yes, gave birth to all those kids ^.^

They’re all learning to squat, bench, deadlift and increase their strength with weights. A few of them are playing flag football and loving it. The other is learning to cook and cooks for us every week when the Kids Cooking Local program is running at the Boys & Girls Club.
